Refund Policy

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time at the end of the current month. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata for the current billing period unless required by law.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 355 BGB. With the express consent to the immediate provision of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB.
